We talked a bartender at the New Orleans Cafe in Seattle into giving us this recipe. Since we usually make it for parties (rather than just individual cocktails), I worked on it until I came up with the same taste in a large batch. Ingredients:
24 ounces rum |
40 ounces orange juice |
40 ounces pineapple juice |
8 ounces grenadine |
8 ounces bourbon |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in large bowl (or pot or whatever). 2. stir to mix. 3. serve over ice in tall glass. |
