Hungry Girl Eggs Bene Chick

Being a skinny girl doesn't mean to be a hungry girl. Get a taste of how delicious low cal can be by trying out the eggs Benedict recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 light english muffin
1 large egg
1 slice extra-lean ham
1 tbs fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp hellman's dijonnaise
1 tsp light whipped butter or light buttery spread,room temperature
1 tsp lemon yogurt(or plain yogurt with a squirt of lemon juice)
Directions:
1. To make sauce,combine mayo,Dijonnaise,butter and yogurt. Set aside
2. Crack egg gently into small dish and set aside.
3. Fill medium pot with 2 of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling,lower temp. until a steady but very low boil is reached.
4. Gently pour egg into pot and allow to cook for 3 to 5 mins.(3 for runnier egg,5 for a very firm one),or till egg white is mostly opaque. Carefully remove and plate egg with a spatula. Use a paper towel to soak up any excess water.
5. Heat ham and muffin(toast muffin,if desired). Microwave sauce for about 20 seconds and stir(add more water for thinner sauce).
