very good side dish, you have to try it. Ingredients:
9 medium potatoes |
8 oz. cream cheese,saftend |
8 0z. sour cream |
1/2 cup butter,melted |
1 clove garlic minced |
1tbs salt |
water to cover potato. |
Directions:
1. Cook potates in boiling water, add salt. 2. Drain and peal the skin off. 3. Mash potato with mixser until smooth, 4. Add remaining ingred. 5. Beat until mixed 6. Put in lightly spray with pam 2qt casserol dish, 7. Cover and refrigerate over night. 8. Set out 10 minutes, 9. Before baking sprinkle with paprika, and bake at 350 for 30 min. 10. Enjoy. |
