The 1/4 cup plus 2 tbs light ricotta is to make the calorie count in the CC database agree with the actual calorie count of the Tre Stelle light ricotta I use (80 cal/.25 cup). This doesn't count the crepe. It's my adaptation of the real Hungarian filling recipe. Ingredients:
1/4 cup light ricotta |
2 tbs light ricotta |
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese |
1/4 cup splenda no calorie |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all and stuff crepes. |
