1 lb steak, cut into thin strips (sirloin, flank, top round) |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 cup onions, minced |
2 tsp paprika |
1 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained |
1 cup beef broth, fat free |
Directions:
1. Coat beef strips with flour, shaking off excess. 2. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium-high heat until browned. Add onions and paprika; cook 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth; heat to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes or until beef is tender. |
