Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 garlic clove, peeled |
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Chill in a covered container. 3. Garnish with parsley. 4. Optional ingredient: add a small clove of garlic when you process this in the food processor. |
