basic hummus - no salt! Ingredients:
1 cup cooked garbanzo beans |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon water |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 tablespoons minced cilantro |
Directions:
1. Put beans in food processor and chop until smooth. 2. Mix in other ingredients. |
