Hummus With Black Beans and Chickpeas

Easy, high protein, low fat snack. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or in a tortilla wrap.
Ingredients:
2 cups black beans, rinsed and drained well if canned
1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained well if canned
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. In a food processor purée ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
