Liven up store-bought hummus with fresh avocado and lime juice. Your guests will never know you started with a convenience product. Ingredients:
1 (7-ounce) container prepared hummus (such as athenos) |
1 ripe avocado, seeded |
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. |
