Mashed S&W Garbanzo beans with spices
Ingredients:
15 oz. s&w garbanzo beans
15 grams ranch
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp seasoning
1/4 tsp curry powder
Directions:
1. Drain beans (for drier hummus or leave in for a moister hummus)
2. Mash beans into a smooth paste with a fork or other masher
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Mix well
5. Serve on crackers, pretzels, toast or by itself!
