From packet of McKenzies Chick Peas Ingredients:
800 g canned chick-peas, drained |
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed |
3 tablespoons tahini paste |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
white pepper, to taste |
salt, to taste |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except water into food processor and process until well mixed. 2. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached. |
