This is a quick and delicious lunch! Ingredients:
i whole wheat pita |
hummus of your choice (i use garlic and three pepper) |
bag lettuce of your choice (i use a mixture of romaine, red cabbage and carrots) |
Directions:
1. Cut pita bread around the edges and separate in to 2. Toast. 2. Spread the hummus of your choice on one half of pita, amount may vary. 3. Top with as much salad as you desire. 4. Top with other half of pita. 5. Enjoy! 6. Feel free to add sliced avocado, cucumber, bean sprouts, whatever! |
