Since I dont know what Tahini is or where to find it, I substituted peanut butter in this hummus recipe. Great smeared on some celery stalks. Ingredients:
15 oz garbanzo beans |
1 tbs lemon juice |
2 tbs peanut butter |
1 tsp cumin |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your blender and whirl away until smooth. |
