1 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
28 oz chickpeas, cooked, boiled, without salt
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp paprika, hot, ground
1/2 cup milk
