this is an famous Arabic dip which is served with appetizers like chicken nuggets, pita bread, chips or any thing you like. This is also good for your health....................:) Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
1 tbsp sesame seeds |
1 tsp additional olive oil for topping |
Directions:
1. in a food processor, blend everything together until it gets creamy and lump free, bout 2 minutes. 2. now add the 1 tsp olive oil on top and dont mix it in, let it stand on top of the hummus. 3. now pure it in he serving dish and serve with Arabic pita bread, fried chicken, french fries or any thing you like! 4.
