Ingredients:
2 cups canned chickpeas
2/3 cup tahini
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
juice of 2 lemons
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree the chickpeas until smooth, adding water if necessary. In a bowl, stir in the tahini and salt. Stir in the lemon juice and the garlic cloves.
