A great hummus recipe from my co-worker Catriona :) Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained |
1/3 cup hot water |
1/2 cup tahini (sesame butter) |
1/3 cup good olive oil |
2/3 lemon, juice of |
4 fresh garlic cloves (i like a lot and use much more so as much as you want) |
1/2 teaspoon salt (add more to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
2 teaspoons cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
