2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add all ingredients; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Transfer to a bowl. Cover; chill at least 2 hours. |
