Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add all ingredients; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Transfer to a bowl. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.
