Ingredients:
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 can(s) chickpeas rinsed & drained |
1/4 cup(s) tahini |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
pinch smoked paprika |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place garlic in bowl of food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Process until mixture forms a smooth paste 2. Spoon hummus into a deep dish. Sprinkle paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil. 3. Makes about 2 cups. |
