Ingredients:
56 ounces beans, well drained
1/2 cup olive oil
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Refrigerate before serving. This tastes better when kept overnight in refrigerator. Will keep for one week in the refrigerator and three months in the freezer.
