A nice dip for parties or a great snack. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 sliced green onion |
1 minced garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Combine chick peas and sesame seeds in food processor. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 4. Serve with pita and vegetables. |
