This is so simple but so tasty Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
2 minced garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. 1. Drain liquid from can of chickpeas and reserve for later. 2. 2. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. 3. 3. Add half of liquid from chickpeas or all for thinner hummus. |
