Ingredients:
3 cups chick peas
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
1 1/2 tsp cumin
4 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp cilantro (fresh)
Directions:
1. Place chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin and garlic in food processor
2. Process for 4 minutes or until very smooth
3. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if needed
4. Transfer to a bowl
5. Stir in Fresh cilantro
