3 cups chick peas |
1/2 cup water |
3 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tbsp tahini |
1 1/2 tsp cumin |
4 cloves garlic |
1/8 tsp salt |
2 tbsp cilantro (fresh) |
Directions:
1. Place chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin and garlic in food processor 2. Process for 4 minutes or until very smooth 3. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if needed 4. Transfer to a bowl 5. Stir in Fresh cilantro |
