Hummus with chili pepper
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chick peas
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp tabasco sauce
3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili pepper
2 tsp water
4 cloves garlic
Directions:
1. soak and cook chick peas
2. mash chick peas
3. mix chick pea mash with all other ingredients
