Wonderful dip for nachos or pita chips. Ingredients:
4 cups canned chick-peas |
2 lemons, juice and zest of |
4 tablespoons tahini |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Puree everything in a food processor until smooth. 2. Taste and adjust seasoning as you like. |
