Ingredients:
4 cups canned chick-peas
2 lemons, juice and zest of
4 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Puree everything in a food processor until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning as you like.
