Got this recipe from a friend. Haven't tried it yet.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup water
3 -5 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and add lemon juice and olive oil depending on taste.
