Got this recipe from a friend. Haven't tried it yet. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) |
1/4 cup water |
3 -5 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 garlic cloves |
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and add lemon juice and olive oil depending on taste. |
