Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can chickpeas
1/3 cup tahini
1 -2 lemon, juice of
1 clove garlic
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Place chick peas, tahineh,lemon juice, garlic and salt in blender.
2. Blend for 15 seconds to make an almost smooth, thick paste.
3. Place hummus in a plate and garnish with parsley, pickles and olive oil.
