1 (1 lb) can chickpeas |
1/3 cup tahini |
1 -2 lemon, juice of |
1 clove garlic |
salt |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place chick peas, tahineh,lemon juice, garlic and salt in blender. 2. Blend for 15 seconds to make an almost smooth, thick paste. 3. Place hummus in a plate and garnish with parsley, pickles and olive oil. |
