1 can mashed chickpeas |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon lemon salt or 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon (according to taste) |
salt |
crushed garlic (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Add a little parsley and olive oil for presentation. 3. Serve with fried flat bread. |
