This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate |
1/3 cup white wine |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup shoyu soy sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger or 1/4 teaspoon a pinch fresh ginger |
1 -2 drop worcestershire sauce |
chicken wings |
Directions:
1. Grill the wings and brush on the sauce like bbq sauce. 2. Enjoy! |
