Not sure where I got this recipe. Several friends have tried it and love it; they advised cutting the marinating time to one hour (the original recipe called for overnight marinating). Ingredients:
1/2 cup catsup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 tablespoons sugar |
1 cup kikkoman soy sauce shoyu |
1 piece ginger, crushed |
2 tablespoons sherry wine |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Marinate one hour, do not marinade overnight (it will be overpowering). 2. Bake at 350 degrees until done. 3. Baste every 20 minutes. |
