Taken from tikifood blogspot. This is a great tropical shake to cool off to in the summer. Perfect for your next luau or use it as your non-alcoholic drink down at the tiki bar. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup |
1/2 teaspoon coconut syrup (da vinci, torani, etc.) |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1 scoop vanilla ice cream |
2 ounces coconut milk |
1 pineapple, wedge |
1 maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. 2. Serve in a tiki mug, frosted collins glass, or a milk-shake glass. 3. Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. |
