All the flavours of the tropics and more. Shake with ice until chilled, but don't let the ice melt away the flavours. Ingredients:
1 ounce coconut rum |
1/2 ounce chambord raspberry liquor (raspberry flavoured liqueur) |
1 ounce pineapple juice |
fresh raspberry |
Directions:
1. Put all three ingredients in a cocktail mixer with lots of ice. stir or shake until cold. Float 2 or 3 fresh raspberries in the glass. |
