A sugar cookie with a surprise in the middle. Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/3 cups flour |
12 hershey chocolate kisses |
Directions:
1. Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
2. Add flour beat on low blend well.
3. Cover and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Wrap 1 tsp of dough around a Hersey's Kiss or Christmas chocolate ball.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375°F until cookie is set but not brown.
