Cheesecake with rich chocolate! Ingredients:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened |
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk |
(not evaporated) |
1 egg 1 tsp vamilla extract |
1 cup mini chocolate chips |
1 tsp flour |
1 ready made chocolate pie crust |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees with mixer beat: 2. cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in eagle brand until smooth. Add egg and Vanilli, mix well. 3. toss chips with flour stir into cheese mixture, puor into crust. 4. Bake at 35 min. or until center springs back with lightly touched. 5. cool top with glaze sauce, serve chilled. refrigerate leftovers. 6. GLAZE: 7. Melt 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whip cream. cook and stir until thick, spread over pie....To add a minty taste use, Mint chocolate chips, or ANDES MINTS. =-0).....EAT UP! |
