Huge Muffins Mix for Lazy Cooks With Add-Ons

Save money and time with this huge, healthy muffin mix. Basic Mix with many add-ons.
Ingredients:
8 cups flour
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oat bran
2 -2 1/2 cups turbinado sugar or 2 -2 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 -4 cups splenda granular
2/3 cup baking powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour with oil a little at a time till well blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Store up to three months in large airtight container.
4. To use mix.
5. Mix approximately 2 1/2 cups of mix with 1 egg, 1/2 cup applesauce, and 1/2-1 cup milk, depending on what type of add-on you use. I use at least 1 cup of add-ons. This is not counting spices or flavorings.
6. Suggestions for add-ons:.
7. Pumpkin puree.
8. Mashed ripe bananas.
9. Shredded carrots.
10. Shredded zucchini.
11. Chopped apple.
12. Crushed pineapple.
13. Blueberries.
14. Raspberries.
15. Blackberries.
16. Chopped peaches.
17. Raisins.
18. Cranberries.
19. Dried cherries.
20. Chopped nuts.
21. Vanilla.
22. Maple flavor or maple syrup.
23. Cinnamon.
24. Ginger.
25. cardamom.
26. Nutmeg.
27. These sky it the limit.
28. Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Be careful not to over bake.
29. Serving sized is guesstimate.
