mexican breakfast wrap made light Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla |
1 egg white |
1/4 cup red pepper |
1/4 cup onion |
3 tbsp salsa |
Directions:
1. either grill or quickly sautee the vegetables (microwave will do just fine) 2. fry your egg white over minimal oil or just on a non stick frying pan 3. heat tortilla 4. put egg on tortilla, followed by vegetables and salsa 5. wrap it up and enjoy |
