This is my husbands favorite brownie recipe of mine. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup cocoa |
2 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
3/8 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
3 large eggs |
3 tablespoons water |
3 tablespoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. 3. Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 27-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly sticky (not clean). 4. Cool pan on a wire rack. |
