These are the special birthday breakfast celebration at our house. Dad makes the best crepes!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender (this batch doubles nicely, just make sure your blender can hold full double before hand!) and blend until smooth.
2. Or beat eggs, then beat in milk, water and butter.
3. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth.
4. Let the batter stand for 30 minutes or so (not always done in our house, but worth the wait because they are fluffier) if you have the time. Can be made right away.
