How to Season Cast Iron Pans |

I use this to make my cast iron pans perfect and so that food won't stick to them. Modified from Ingredients:
cooking oil (canola or vegetable works well) |
1 paper, towel |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F. 2. Make sure the pan is clean & dry. 3. Use a paper towel to coat the pan very lightly with cooking oil. 4. Place into preheated oven upside down for 2 hours. 5. Remove with an oven mit obviously! 6. Let cool. |
