A yummy version of Rice Pudding with a chocolate twist. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups milk |
2 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, rice, sugar, and chocolate in a 2 or 3 quart pan. 2. Place pan on burner over medium heat. 3. Cook, stirring often, until pudding is thick and creamy, about 20 minutes. Take off burner. 4. Stir in vanilla. 5. Spoon into serving dishes; cool about 10 minutes. 6. Serve warm or cold. |
