Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon crushed caraway seed |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
6 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in hot butter with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and parsley. 2. When liquid from mushrooms has evaporated, add beaten eggs and scramble mixture. |
