Another tropical rum delight! This one is sooo delicious!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce coconut rum
1/2 ounce amaretto
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
pineapple, wedge garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Add vodka, rum, amaretto, lime juice and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2. Shake and pour over ice in a highball glass . 3. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
