a simple breakfast using ordinary hotdogs or frankfurters. Ingredients:
7 pieces hotdog |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
onion and garlic for sauteeing |
1 tsp sesame oil |
pepper |
a dash of sugar |
Directions:
1. Slice the hotdogs into thin slanted pieces. 2. In a wok, sautee the onions and garlic, add in the hotdogs and stir fry for about 2 minutes. 3. Add in soy sauce and sesame oil. 4. Add in a dash of sugar, and pepper to taste. 5. Cook until hotdog is tender. 6. Serve with rice. |
