This is a good appetizer for tailgating. Be sure to use Oscar Meyer hot dogs, all other will 'blow up'. The Oscar Meyers will keep the hot dog shape. Ingredients:
1 package oscar meyer hot dog |
1 can beer |
1 (8 ounce) bottle tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut the hot dogs into bite size pieces.
2. Place everything in a sauce pan on the stove and bring to a boil.
3. Let the beer and tabasco simmer until all is absorbed into the hot dogs.
4. Be sure to stir frequently.
5. Serve hot with toothpicks.
