This is a great way to eat vegetables, easy and tasty. Ingredients:
frozen vegetables mix, such as: cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots |
1 tsp lemon juice |
seasoning such as tony chachere's or mrs. dash |
ranch dressing |
slivered almonds or other crunchy salad topping |
grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Do not overcook! 2. Drain vegetables; pour them into a medium-sized bowl. 3. Add lemon juice and seasoning. 4. Add Ranch dressing to taste, topping, and cheese. |
