There are a million and one ways to make a hot toddy. This one uses cognac and hot brewed tea. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 1/2 ounces cognac |
hot brewed black tea |
1 lemon slice, studded with |
3 whole cloves |
Directions:
1. Add the brown sugar and cognac to an Irish coffee glass or mug; stir to partially dissolve the sugar. 2. Fill the mug with the hot tea, stirring to combine. 3. Garnish with the clove-studded lemon slice; serve immediately. |
