SPICY GROUND BEEF- CHEESE DIP
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 -16 ounce package of processed cheese cubed (velveta)
1- 16 ounce mexican -velveta processed cheese cubed
1 1/2 cups any salsa
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos or to taste if you want more or less
several drops of hot sauce to taste
salt and pepper to season beef.
Directions:
1. BROWN BEEF AND DRAIN WELL
2. IN SAUCE PAN HEAT CHEESE'S AND SALSA UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED,ADD HOT SAUCE AND JALAPENOS
3. COMBINE MEAT AND CHEESE MIXTURE TOGETHER AND BLEND
4. SERVE HOT WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, OR LARGE FRITOS
