Hot Tea Toddy (Emeril Lagasse) |

Ingredients:
1 irish breakfast tea bag |
1 1/2 ounces scotch or brandy |
1 heaping tablespoon honey |
boiling water |
1/2 cinnamon stick |
1 slice lemon |
pinch ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In a coffee mug, place the tea bag, Scotch, and honey. Add enough boiling water (about 3/4 cup) to fill the mug. Add the cinnamon and lemon, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick. 2. Sprinkle lightly with the nutmeg and serve. |
