This dip is delicious for those who like hot. It is perfesct for holidays and just plain ole get togethers. You can top dip before baking with crushed red pepper and oregano. Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
2 pkg. 8oz. each cream cheese |
2 cups 8 oz. each shredded four cheese mexican blend |
1 pakg. taco seasoning |
1 can 4.5 oz. sliced black olives |
1 can 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes drained |
1 can 4 oz. diced green chilies,drained |
1/2 cup chpd. green pepper |
cooking spray |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Beat sour cream,cream cheese,and cheese blend. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except chips, 3. pour into baking dish that's sprayed with cooking spray. 4. Bake 50 minutes in 325 degree oven 5. Serve with tortilla chips |
