This is my version of the Touchdown Taco Dip that I had at a Pampered Chef party. Ingredients:
16 ounces refried beans |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup shredded cheese |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 cup pitted olive, , sliced |
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 2. Mix beans, cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until well combined. 3. Stir in garlic. 4. Spread in bottom of baking pan. 5. Sprinkle tomato and olives over top. 6. Cover with cheese. 7. Bake for 15-18 minutes. 8. Serve with tortilla chips. |
